2022 was a crucial year for the affirmation of our group, both in the national and international markets, which translated into three important distinctions, in 2023, by the agencies Jet2Holidays, TUI Group, and the travel website, TripAdvisor.
All our hotels in operation in 2023 – 3HB Faro, 3HB Guaraná, 3HB Clube Humbria, 3HB Falésia Garden, and 3HB Golden Beach – were recognized by Jet2Holidays, a prestigious British package holiday provider and tour operator, with the distinction “Quality Award”, based in the opinion and satisfaction comments from guests.
TUI Group also recognized the quality of our group by awarding its All Inclusive hotels – 3HB Guaraná e 3HB Clube Humbria – the distinction ‘TUI Quality Hotel’, in the scope of ‘TUI Global Hotel Awards’, based on guests’ feedback regarding parameters such as service, food, facilities, and general experience.
TripAdvisor, the leading travel website and globally recognized review platform in the field of hospitality and tourism, awarded the group hotels with the ‘Travellers’ Choice’ stamp, which distinguishes the hotels that have received the best reviews from travellers in the last 12 months. The 3HB Faro hotel, in addition to the ‘Travellers’ Choice’ distinction, was also recognized in the ‘Best of the Best’ category, ranking 8th in the list of the top 25 hotels in Portugal and 6th in the list of the top 25 luxury hotels.
The ‘Best of the Best’ distinction includes only 1% of the hotels listed on TripAdvisor, revealing the highest level of excellence in hospitality.
