Booking made through the Website

Payment of the total reservation amount is made at check-in
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay
In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay

Booking made through the Reservations Department

Payment of a deposit equivalent to the first night must be made up to 30 days before the check-in date. If payment is not made, the hotel will cancel the reservation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay
