The month of October has arrived to provide us with some very hot and sunny autumn days and also brought some events that you will certainly not want to miss.
If you are a lover of good wine, get ready to start the month big with the Lagoa Wine Experience. The 5th session of the event will take place on October 1st and promises to provide you with a unique experience where you can visit the Adega Cooperativa and taste various locally produced wines, enjoy a lunch rich in regional cuisine at the Morgado Quintão property and let yourself enchant by the unique beauty of Quinta dos Santos. From the 4th to the 21st of October, the municipalities of Loulé, Faro and Tavira will host the biggest edition ever of the Algarve Music Series – with eleven concerts throughout the month. In this edition it will be possible to watch some of the most promising pianists of our time, such as Congyu Wang, Heribert Koch and Filipe Raposo. On the 16th, let yourself be enchanted by the pianist Vasco Dantas in a recital with Douro wines tasting in Tavira, but also guarantee your place in the last concert of the month – the 21st in Faro in a piano recital dedicated to Bach, Beethoven and Brahms.
